Mad About You Card

This card took a long time to create because I couldn't quite figure out how to layout the "Mad About You" image. However, I'm very happy with the finished product!
The Sonoma colors are so beautiful together! Of course, I sanded the B&T paper.
I used hemp to tie the whole piece together on each side of the card.
I placed pop tabs only at the top of the "Mad About You" image. It adds nice dimension to the finished look.

Believe Christmas Card

Wow!  Time has flown!  I can't believe that it is already Christmas!  I love stamping for the winter holidays.  Cards, tags, scrapbook layouts, treat holders.... so much to create!

Today, I am going to show you a Christmas card that I made for my friends.  The "Believe" B&T paper pack from Close to My Heart is fantastic!  It's whimsical and bright - perfect for card making!

I used sandpaper to roughen up the Sweet Leaf cardstock.  It definitely makes the black cardstock pop!  I also used tabs to to raise up the black cardstock/Santa Claus layer.  Extra dimension! :)
